Blueprint says reforms boost will be weak 'in 2014'
DEF foresees gradual increase in effect of structural changes
08 April, 18:40 (ANSA) - Rome, April 8 - The effect of structural economic
reforms on growth in Italy will be "weak" in 2014, according to
a draft paper attached to the DEF economic blueprint that
Premier Matteo Renzi's cabinet is set to approve Tuesday. It
forecast a boost of 0.3% to Italy's GDP thanks to the reforms,
but stressed this would gradually increase to 2.1% in 2018.
