Russia reportedly arrests 25 Ukrainians as subversives (ANSA) - Moscow, April 3 - Russian authorities have arrested 25 Ukrainian citizens on subversion charges, Russia's NTV broadcaster said Thursday.

Citing Russian intelligence sources, NTV said three members of the extreme-right Pravii Sektor (Right Sector) movement were among those arrested.

They were allegedly preparing attacks in seven Russian regions to take place March 14-16, the sources said.

Russia has cited attacks by Right Sector on Russian speakers and Jews as the main reason it sent troops into Ukraine's Crimea peninsula, which it annexed last month, according to the Associated Press.

Right Sector leaders have reportedly described their movement as nationalist, but not bigoted or anti-Semitic.
