Business and Made in Italy Minister
Adolfo Urso on Thursday said there was "absolutely no clash"
with Stellantis "but the will to find a shared road, including
with unions and regions, and with companies in the automotive
production chain that are our country's strength, to increase
production levels".
Urso was speaking after talks on the automotive sector and
concerns expressed by unions.
"We want to go together.
"Firstly with the only company producing cars in our country -
Stellantis: we already outlined this path a year ago and we want
to complete it with willfulness".
Unions have expressed concern about an alleged clash between the
government and the Italo-Franco-American manufacturer amid
Italian production cuts.
